As an owner and director of the high-tech Internet Software company TotalWeb, I was responsible for software development and IT teams (15+ persons). Doing many IT projects has given me much experience. We have done various dedicated projects, including platform migrations. My role was always either fully responsible for IT or the supplier side responsible for IT.
Throughout my whole working life, I’ve been ultimately responsible for managing development and commercial teams in software development, IT, and sales.
For TotalWeb Intern Applications I was highly succesful in generating New Business, leading to second place in Deloitte’s Fast50. These were software development, hosting, and cloud projects. When your IT organisation offers quality products and services, backed up by a solid team, I might be the guy you want to follow up on your leads.
Profile
Over the past 25 years, I have been ultimately responsible for many IT projects. In addition to my experience, I am above all down-to-earth, pragmatic, analytical, and often think ‘out of the box’.
For Totalprotex and TotalWeb I managed many teams, both developers and non-developers.

For the past 8 years, I’ve been the Managing Director and owner of Totalprotex BV. This is a higly succesful nearly fully automated International Webshop for workwear and PPE and has been awarded by its supplier with multiple Gold Awards. I’ve managed to implement a team that’s doing the daily work, leaving me time to pursue new challenges.
TotalWeb Internet Applications BV – Owner, Managing Director – 1998 – 2016
Previously, I have been Managing Director and owner of TotalWeb Internet Applications BV for about 18 years. TotalWeb Internet Applications was a high-tech Internet software company that developed large Internet projects for large customers, like health insurance companies.
Most projects were software development, system integration, online auctions, or health insurance-related.
My roles have been either fully responsible or supplier-side responsible.
